Estimates and Schedules
All work is carefully estimated, based on the requirement, time involved, and your budget. Estimated costs and schedules are agreed with you before we start work. We do not provide any work speculatively.

Design
All design, concepts and art direction is personally overseen by Jo Menhinick. Trained to listen, think and create, Jo will ‘spark off’ new ideas with you, making the journey from concept to solution an exciting and rewarding process.

Writing
We can provide copywriting and translation wherever needed. We regularly provide strap lines and headlines, and are happy to help you edit your own rough draft of text. JMD can also provide writing for highly technical subject matter if required. We have experience and samples of work to verify our writing capabilities. For specialist projects we have a bank of specialist writers; we use the right person for the job!

Marketing and Sales Advice
The solutions we create help market your product. We don’t sell ourselves as marketing people, but we do have around 60 clients on our books, so we have insight into a diverse range of businesses and services, and how they’ve achieved market success. We also have our own business advisers to help us find our own way. Graphic design is by nature a way of enhancing a product’s image and sales, so the way we approach a project naturally incorporates sound marketing principals. We can provide a well defined marketing strategy based on an outline of your goal.

Photography
JMD provide some photography in-house and on location, we also commission independent professional photographers. It all depends on the requirement and your budget. Occasionally we use the wealth of photographic resource online, but prefer to create bespoke photographic imagery.

Illustration
We create a large amount of illustration in-house, and we often commission where needed. Most of our projects require some illustrative content whether it be conceptual or technical.

Proof Reading
All work is checked by us before publishing, but JMD accept no responsibility for errors. JMD will ensure all work is 'signed off' or instructed to 'go to press' by our customers before we will print or publish online.

Web Work
JMD offer a strategic approach to web design. We will help you define your requirements and design the solution that fits your needs. Our bank of web technicians code tailor-made templates. Database creation, CSS, CMS, and SEO all constitute JMD's web design provision. We can also provide administration services once your site is up an running.

Artwork & Production
JMD have an expanding team of artworkers and typesetters who make sure your project gets done on time and on budget.

Print
JMD manage all projects through to finished print. We have a bank of reliable printers and provide some digital printing in house.
